eg77 accepts deposits via the following payment methods, all of which are processed in Bangladeshi Taka (BDT). Deposits are credited to your account balance within seconds of a confirmed transaction. The following conditions apply to all deposits:

• Minimum deposit amount: ৳200. Deposits below this threshold will not be credited.
• Accepted payment channels: bKash, Nagad, Rocket, Upay, Visa, and Mastercard.
• All funds deposited must originate from a payment account registered in your own name. Third-party deposits are not permitted.
• eg77 does not charge deposit fees. Third-party transaction fees levied by your payment provider are outside eg77's control.

Withdrawal requests are processed back to the same payment method used for the most recent deposit, subject to the conditions below. eg77 aims to process all withdrawal requests promptly; typical processing time is within a few hours of approval, though bank processing times may vary.

• Withdrawals are only available to verified accounts. Identity verification (KYC) must be completed before a first withdrawal is processed.
• Any active bonus funds with outstanding wagering requirements must be resolved before the associated real-money balance can be withdrawn.

The following conduct is strictly prohibited on the eg77 platform. Users found engaging in any of the following actions are subject to immediate account suspension, permanent closure, and forfeiture of funds:

• Opening or operating more than one account per person, whether in your own name or under any alias, for the purpose of gaining bonus advantages or circumventing account restrictions.
• Using automated software, bots, scripts, or other tools to interact with the platform in a manner not consistent with genuine human gameplay.
• Depositing funds derived from criminal activity or using the platform for money laundering, structuring, or any other form of financial crime.

Where a breach is identified, eg77 may suspend the account pending investigation, freeze any balance in the account, void all bets and bonuses associated with the account, and permanently close the account without liability to the account holder.

• Deposit limits: Set daily, weekly, or monthly maximum deposit amounts to control spending.

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, eg77 shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of or related to your use of the platform, including but not limited to loss of winnings, loss of data, loss of goodwill, service interruptions, or computer damage, regardless of whether eg77 has been advised of the possibility of such damages.

eg77 does not guarantee that the platform will be available without interruption, that it will be error-free, or that any defect will be corrected within a specific timeframe. Scheduled maintenance, emergency repairs, and external network issues may result in temporary unavailability of all or part of the platform. eg77 will endeavour to provide advance notice of scheduled downtime where possible.

eg77 may amend these Terms at any time by publishing a revised version on the platform. The date of the most recent revision is shown at the top of this page. Continued use of the platform following publication of revised Terms constitutes your acceptance of the changes. If you do not agree to revised Terms, you must stop using the platform and may request account closure by contacting support.

Where a change to these Terms is material and affects existing player rights in a significant way, eg77 will endeavour to provide reasonable notice of the change, which may be delivered via a notification on the platform or by the contact details registered on your account.
